Dr Edyta Gawron works at the Institute for Jewish Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She specializes on Jewish history in recent times and fulfils several functions outside the academia, with her activities mostly dedicated to Jewish life and Holocaust commemoration in Poland and abroad. The conversation revolves around the questions of career building, identity and personal development within the field of Jewish history.
